The big day is inching closer – Barber Partners Industrial will break ground on Chill Storage – Denton, a new multi-tenant speculative cold storage project in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area starting June 1, 2022.
This project features a ±302,400 SF facility, including 2 ± 2,860 square feet of office and fully convertible temperature-controlled suites. Site work has commenced, and construction will begin June 1, with forecasted delivery by December 2023.
